The Haydock Community Centre

The Haydock Community Centre is a lovely space for parish activities - it is also available for local groups and individuals in the wider community to hire.

Location: Hall

Clear floor area (not including curtained off storage area): 8.7m x 6.7m

Capacity:
55 seated, 100 maximum

A modern hall with separate kitchen and curtained storage area. It is a light, airy space with floor-ceiling windows opening onto the garden. Easily configurable tables and chairs.

Location: Quiet Room

The Quiet Room is not usually available for separate hire but can be used by groups hiring the hall by agreement. (NB Hire of the main hall does NOT include the Quiet Room).

Catering

The Hall has access to the fitted kitchen.

Presentation facilities & equipment

The Hall is equipped with a high quality screen and projector.

There is a flipchart, TV and DVD player in the Quiet Room.

Wifi is available.

Easy access

The Haydock Community Centre is a useful space for families with young children, for the more elderly of the community and for young and old with special needs.  Floors and corridors are levelled throughout making it easy for anyone with mobility needs to access.

Hire charge The charge per hour is £15 for the Hall.

If you would like to make a booking, please read the User Guide, complete the Booking Form below and click Submit. We will get back to you to confirm the booking.

Please note - The Haydock Community Centre is owned by the Lancaster Diocesan Trust, a registered charity, so can only be used for purposes which are consistent with the charitable objects of the diocesan trust. It is a condition of all bookings that the Centre will not be used for any purpose which is contrary to the teachings of the Catholic Church or which could cause offence. At all times the Catholic nature of the Centre must be respected. Any breach or potential breach of this condition will mean that the use of the Centre is withdrawn. The Parish Priest may also decline the request to book the Centre at any time at his sole discretion.
