The Haydock Community Centre enables us to be an active parish of the 21st century - it is also  available for local groups and individuals in the wider community to hire.

Capacity:
55 seated, 100 maximum

A modern hall with separate kitchen and curtained storage area. It is a light, airy space with floor-ceiling windows opening onto an attractive garden.

Easily configurable furniture ensures your desired layout can be created in either theatre, boardroom, classroom or u-shaped style.

Location: Quiet Room

Capacity:
14 seated

 The Quiet Room is ideal for smaller meetings or as a break out space from the Main Hall.

You can arrange the furniture in your preferred layout.


Catering

Both the Main Hall and the Quiet Room have access to the fitted kitchen.

Presentation facilities & equipment

The Main Hall is equipped with a high quality screen and projector.

There is a flipchart, TV and DVD player in the Quiet Room.

(Please note, the Haydock Community Centre does NOT yet have internet access.)

Easy access

The Haydock Community Centre is a useful space for families with young children, for the more elderly of the community and for young and old with special needs.  Floors and corridors are levelled throughout making it easy of access to any with mobility needs.


Interested in booking the Haydock Centre?

The Haydock Community Centre is owned by the Lancaster Diocesan Trust, a registered charity, so can only be used for purposes which are consistent with the charitable objects of the diocesan trust. It is a condition of all bookings that the Centre will not be used for any purpose which is contrary to the teachings of the Catholic Church or which could cause offence. At all times the Catholic nature of the Centre must be respected. Any breach or potential breach of this condition will mean that the use of the Centre is withdrawn.

Click on the diary for the Haydock Community Centre to see existing bookings. You can chose to view by week, month or as a list. Both available rooms are shown on the diary - the Hall (in turquoise) and the Quiet Room (in orange).

Hire charge The charge per hour is £15 for the Hall and £7.50 for the Quiet Room. The Kitchen is included in every booking and is to be shared by all using the Centre at any given time. 

If you would like to make an enquiry about a booking, please read the Conditions of Hire, complete the Booking Form below and click Submit. We will get back to you to confirm the booking. Please note, your booking is not definite until the Hire Agreement (signed by the parish priest) has been returned to you. (Please note - the parish priest may decline the request to book the Centre at any time at his sole discretion.)
